About the Role
This is a mobile Position with a flexible schedule. This job will cover BC and Alberta.
Requirements
Conduct wellness checks with all employees, contractors, and visitors according to company procedures when on locations
Greet all visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
Monitor, enforce, and regularly update workplace safety policies and procedures to maintain a high level of health and safety performance.
Identify and report health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries, and property damage at the workplace.
Compile and distribute information/data pertaining to reported incidents; accurately prepare other applicable correspondence, documents, and reports as needed.
Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Reliable means of transportation
Assist the Health & Safety Coordinator as required.
All Safety Certifications
Assist the Health & Safety Coordinator as required.
1 Year experience in the administration field.
Proficient with Word, Excel, Adobe Pro and other
