About the Role

This is a mobile Position with a flexible schedule. This job will cover BC and Alberta.

Requirements


  • Conduct wellness checks with all employees, contractors, and visitors according to company procedures when on locations

  • Greet all visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Monitor, enforce, and regularly update workplace safety policies and procedures to maintain a high level of health and safety performance.

  • Identify and report health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries, and property damage at the workplace.

  • Compile and distribute information/data pertaining to reported incidents; accurately prepare other applicable correspondence, documents, and reports as needed.


  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.

  • Reliable means of transportation

  • Assist the Health & Safety Coordinator as required.

  • All Safety Certifications

  • Assist the Health & Safety Coordinator as required.

  • 1 Year experience in the administration field.

  • Proficient with Word, Excel, Adobe Pro and other
